Adjust your oven rack to the middle position and preheat oven to 425°F Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Line a baking sheet with foil and lightly oil.

Halve Baguette. Spread garlic butter on cut sides of the bread. Set aside
(If you’re having a hard time spreading the garlic butter, pop it into the microwave for 10 seconds until its soft & spreadable but be careful not to melt it completely!)
Once the water is boiling, add rigatoni to pot. Cook until al dente, 9-11 minutes. Drain in strainer & toss with the olive oil to prevent sticking. Set aside.

Transfer breaded RAW chicken to lightly oiled baking sheet & bake at 425°F for 12 minutes. Just a reminder, the chicken in your DIY kit is RAW and should not be consumed unless the cooked internal temperate reaches 165°F Make sure not to cross contaminate other items in the kitchen during your prep. If you touch the RAW chicken with your hands (or utensils) please make sure to rinse your hands with hot soapy water for 30 seconds.

Once the chicken has baked for 12 minutes, add the garlic bread to the other half of your baking sheet. Spoon over 1/4 cup of marinara sauce over each chicken cutlet and top with mozzarella. Return the baking sheet to the oven and bake for an additional 6-8 minutes or until cheese is golden brown and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165°F

Add the remaining marinara into a pan over medium heat for about 5 minutes until bubbling. Add the cooked rigatoni to the sauce and cook until hot.

Cut your garlic bread into desired pieces. Toss the Caesar salad with dressing & plate your homemade meal! Garnish pasta with parmesan and sprinkle the chopped parsley over the entire dish for that authentic restaurant style look!
